Terms of Use

1. General

The service provides a panel for ordering social media promotion services. Access is granted to registered users. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials and API key secure.

2. Registration and account

One person uses one account unless otherwise agreed with the Operator. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately to [email protected].

3. Acceptable use

The Services are provided "as is" for the promotion of publicly available accounts and content. You use the service at your own risk and agree to comply with applicable law.

4. Prohibited actions

• promotion of unlawful content (extremism, hate speech, material involving minors, fraud, etc.);
• ordering services against third-party accounts with intent to harm, or any action aimed at deceiving or manipulating third parties unlawfully;
• hacking attempts, automated attacks, circumvention of limits, interference with the service;
• using the service for activities prohibited by the rules of the relevant social platforms.

5. Your responsibility towards platform rules

Important. Boosting engagement metrics may conflict with the rules of certain social networks. The decision to use such services is yours alone, and you bear full responsibility for any consequences to your accounts (restrictions, bans, metric removal by the platform). The Operator is not a representative of any social network, does not control their policies and does not guarantee the absence of platform sanctions.

6. Reseller API

You may be issued an API key for programmatic access to the catalog and ordering. You agree to: keep the key secret; not exceed reasonable request limits; and not resell services under a false claim of official partnership with social networks or the Operator without a separate agreement. The Operator may rate-limit requests and revoke/reissue the key.

7. Balance and payments

Balance funds are used solely to pay for the service and are not a bank deposit or electronic money within the meaning of the law unless otherwise established. Payment and refund terms are in the offer and the Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms, signs of fraud or abuse, or as required by law. On suspension for a breach, any refund accounts for services actually rendered and may be limited in cases of abuse.

9. Intellectual property

The name, logo, design and source code of the site belong to the Operator / rights holders. Use without permission is not allowed.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current version is published on the site with an update date. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing law

The relationship between the parties is governed by the applicable law at the Provider's place of business. Disputes are resolved as provided by law and the offer.
